Nakul grew up in India, went to university in Ireland and France, and worked in teams across India, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Thailand and Malaysia. Nakul has held roles with progressive seniority to develop a commercially sound and culturally empathetic 'generalist' point of view.s a Start-up founder and early-stage scale up operator, Nakul has delivered fast-paced growth, generated over $70M in annual sales, hired and managed 250+ people in distribution, remote operations and tech teams. 

Nakul has developed strong professional foundations in large global organisations in customer service, sales & marketing, people management and corporate strategy and then employed these learnings to found a business that he has expanded internationally. He has launched pioneering scalable digital solutions and partnerships in the short-term home rentals category and acquired new skills throughout this journey of business building from fundraising to product development to growth marketing and people management. 

Nakul enjoys solving key stakeholder problems with cross-functional teams through an agile service design lens as well as developing integrated digital and real world solutions through a 'Jobs To Be Done' framework where data analysis, user feedback and continuous improvement play an important role. 

Nakul has a First Class Honours degree in Business and Economics from NUI, Galway and MBA from INSEAD. Nakul currently lives between London and Mumbai.
