Insight is a reporting tool that allows staff to create/extract reports from the Payroll and HR System.

How do I access Insight?

Insight is available online via Core Portal

How do I log in to Insight?

You use your campus account to log into Core Portal. If you have been granted access to Insight, it will be option on your screen.

What kind of reports are available from Insight?

Insight is the front end tool to access the data in the Core HR/Payroll database.  All existing reports are created in-house, by Core HR/Payroll users.   

How do I request access to Insight?

Access to existing reports can be requested by contacting the Service Desk. Please include approval (by email) of the HR authoriser.

I cannot access a report on Insight?

Please contact the Service Desk with details of the report name and login ID.
