In-Sessional English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Workshops

The English language Centre provide a range of In-sessional EAP development courses throughout the academic year. We recognise that the language and skills required for academic study can be challenging and we are here to support you become proficient in these skills.

Each semester, we run a series of English for Academic Purpose (EAP) Workshops for international students including undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students and for all our visiting students.

In-Sessional EAP Course Options

EAP Workshops for International Students (undergraduate & postgraduate)
EAP Workshops for Erasmus Students
Academic Writing for Research module for international PhD students (5 ECTS)
Discipline-specific Bespoke English Language Development Courses including:
- English for Medicine
- English for Speech & language Therapy
- Succeeding in Global Business
- English for MA in Global Media Studies & Journalism
- English for Science & Engineering
