Dr Maura Farrell was one of two Keynote Speakers at the Irish Rural Link 30^th Anniversary Conference in Athlone on Friday, 6^th May. The conference explored changes in Rural Ireland, past, present, and future and was opened by the Minister Heather Humphreys, Minister for Rural and Community Development.
