The role of EIP-AGRI Operational Groups in protecting biodiversity and tackling climate change was discussed on RTE Radio One’s Drivetime Programme on Wednesday the 29th of May 2019. Dr Shane Conway, Postdoctoral Researcher in the Discipline of Geography’s Rural Studies Research Cluster at NUI Galway and the National Rural Network was interviewed at the Irish Rural Link annual conference in Athlone on the 27th of May 2019 about this initiative along with EU Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, Phil Hogan.
