Dr Eugene Farrell is a contributing author to Irelands Climate Change Assessment report published by the EPA. Dr. Farrell contributed to Volume 3 'Being prepared for Ireland’s future' (290pp) that provides knowledge on (1) research and policy gaps in Ireland, (2) cross-cutting issues framing adaptation in Ireland, and (3)  practical steps required to build community involvement and participation to deliver a more climate resilient Ireland.
