Biography

Jim is a Chief Technical Officer in the National University of Ireland, Galway, where he manages the technical support for teaching, learning and research within the School of Education (College of Arts, Social Sciences & Celtic Studies (CASSCS)).

Jim's background is in technology enhanced learning and video production.

He was elected as a member of Udarás na hOllscoile (Governing Authority) NUI Galway, 2009 – 2013.  This included membership of the Academic Planning and Resources Committee and the Priorities Sub-Committee.  Jim has been appointed as an NUI Galway, Staff Safety Representative.

Jim is a member of the following committees/groups:
