Aoife Kelly is a part-time lecturer on the Digital Marketing Management (MK588) module for the MSc Marketing Practice Programme
On graduating in 2007 with a B.Comm from NUI Galway, Aoife continued her studies in NUI Galway with a MBS (Marketing) followed by a Higher Diploma in Marketing Practice. She was placed with Aró in Furbo Galway which specialised in e-commerce solutions and digital marketing consultancy for the hospitality industry. In her time there, she worked for top international and Irish hotels such as The Dorchester London, The Beverly Hills Hotel LA and The K Club Ireland. In her role in Aró she delivered workshops to the MSc Marketing Practice class in 2010 and 2011 and last year she became a part time lecturer for the Digital Marketing Management module.
In 2012 she moved to Ireland’s largest offline and digital media buying advertising group; Core Media in Dublin where she is a Search and Website Analyst for their digital marketing agency Radical. Within Core Media she is in a wider strategic client facing team for formulating media plans for brands in the insurance, grocery, telecommunications, finance, entertainment sectors and with governmental agencies in Ireland and internationally.
Her primary interests lie in online branding, semantic search, digital advertising, social media and mobile marketing.
