Syllabus Team Syllabus team are responsible for: Setting up course structures, modules and Marks & Standards information and ensuring they are compliant with the Student Records System (Quercus) The team supports and assists all main users of Quercus. Training and advising all College staff on system requirements in relation to programmes on offer.	Registration Team Registration team are responsible for: Planning, coordinating and delivering all aspects of the registration process. Facilitating the course and module registration of all students throughout the year. Maintaining and updating student records on an ongoing basis. There are over 20,000 students registered at NUI Galway each year.	Conferring Team Conferring team are responsible for: Conferring team plans and organises the conferring ceremonies for over 5500 students per annum. The team are also involved in the Entrance, University and Awards ceremonies as well as looking after the General College Calander.
